Partner William E. Wells, Jr., Esq. is a true trial attorney. Although he focuses in personal injury and medical malpractice, he has tried cases to verdict in many areas of the law. He has been recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney; a distinction held by less than two percent (2%) of New Jersey’s attorneys. Will has been markedly successful in recovering compensation in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has already obtained millions of dollars for his injury clients and secured his first million-dollar result at just 30 years old.
Will handles all cases, including construction accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents, products/defective products, wrongful death, and all catastrophic accident/injury cases.
Will is a graduate of The Citadel and Seton Hall Law School. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Before joining Kitrick, McWeeney & Wells, LLC, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Rochelle Gizinski.
Will is a member of the American Association of Justice, the New Jersey Association of Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth County Bar Association, and the Ocean County Bar Association. He has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars, and he’s routinely consulted by fellow lawyers regarding their personal injury clients. Most of Will’s clients are from personal and fellow attorney referrals, but he will represent anyone if justified.
He represents clients throughout New Jersey.
